- HOT MELT GLUE STICKS are a typical EVA (Standard Hot Melt) adhesive, available in stick form and is used in commercial, home, craft, and hobby applications. The hot melt glue can be applied using hot melt glue guns, and require fast lamination of the two substrates.
APPLICATIONS
- Sets quickly. Less mess than most other glues. Easy to use. Compatible and can be used on a wide range of materials. Outstanding hobby and packaging glue. Great for all applications, such as, scrapbooking, model-building, laying of cables, floral display work and gluing fabric on pillows.
Instruction For Use:
- Operation Temperature：160 ~ 180℃。
- Application methods: GUN.
Notice:
- Open time is changeable, depending upon the nature of the substrate, application temperature, thickness of adhesive applied, room temperature and closing pressure.
- Do not touch the molten adhesive. In case of burns from hot adhesive, immediately flush skin with cold water and cover with a clean dressing, do not remove adhesive. Have burn treated by a physician.
- All surfaces should be clean and free of loose elements.
- Do not heat the adhesive over 180℃ in prolonged time to avoid material decomposition and consequent decreased properties.
- Always keep containers tightly capped when not in use.
Note:
Product color may vary due to different raw material batch. This variation does not impact on properties.
