By placing an order with Wierdabuild Pty Ltd, you agree to our sales terms, conditions, and policies.
Application of Terms; Customer Acknowledgment
These Terms constitute a binding contract between the Customer and Wierdabuild Pty Ltd. The Customer acknowledges agreement and acceptance of these Terms by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on our Website (the “Site”). These Terms may change without prior notice.
Purchase Price and Product Images
Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. All prices INCLUDE VAT unless otherwise stated.
Please note that product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact product.
Shipping; Risk of Loss
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 hours during working hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for order processing.
Wierdabuild Pty Ltd ships orders within 3-5 business days after they have been placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). We strive to dispatch all orders the same day if payment is received before 10 AM (on weekdays). Please note that this is a “best effort” service.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. We use courier services, not the post office.
- Major Centres: Overnight (next business day) delivery.
- Regional Centres: 2-3 business days.
- Outlying Areas: Delivery times may vary.
Shipping and handling fees apply to every order unless specified by a special promotion or contract term. These fees cover freight, packaging, and handling.
Delivery times are estimates only. Wierdabuild Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
Payment and Proof of Payment
All payments must be made before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance.
We offer secure payment options through Hello Pay, Pay Just Now, and PayFlex. These gateways ensure a safe and seamless checkout experience.
For EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) purchases, please send your proof of payment to:

No items will be shipped until payment has been received and verified. Orders must be paid for within 48 hours of placement. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
You must complete payment within 3 days of placing your order. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the order.
Please Note: Free shipping does not apply to reshipping for warranty repairs/replacements.
Large/Bulky Items and Pricing Adjustments
Certain large or bulky items may be excluded from specific shipping promotions. Pricing is subject to change. Wierdabuild Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust pricing, products, and services due to market conditions, manufacturer price changes, product unavailability, or errors in advertisements.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. Wierdabuild Pty Ltd cannot guarantee that orders can always be fulfilled. In cases of unavailability, we will offer an alternative (with a partial refund or additional payment required depending on the price difference) or a full refund for the out-of-stock items.
Backorder and Customs Delays
Backordered items are typically sourced from overseas warehouses. Estimated delivery times for backordered products are only estimates and may be subject to customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Website Accuracy
While Wierdabuild Pty Ltd makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website, errors or inaccuracies may occur. We make no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of the information and graphics on our site. All such content is provided “as is.”
Acceptance of Orders
An order is considered accepted once it has been processed. Completing an order on our site does not constitute acceptance.
In the event of a pricing error, Wierdabuild Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices. If payment has been made, we will issue a credit immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Wierdabuild Pty Ltd and its affiliates will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business, or any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if notified of the possibility of such damages. In no case will Wierdabuild Pty Ltd be liable for any damages exceeding the amount paid for the product or service that led to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to product unavailability, courier delays, severe weather conditions, power failure, acts of war, terrorism, or government intervention.
We are also not liable for typographical errors, instructions, descriptions, prices, or terms on our website.
Shipping and Third-Party Liability
We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or delayed packages caused by the shipper. Please ensure that your delivery is received before scheduling third-party services (e.g., electrician, plumber). Wierdabuild Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any third-party fees incurred.
Returns, Warranty, and Product Defects
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you may return the product for a refund, replacement, or credit (subject to the terms below).
- Returns for Refund: Notify us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

- Changed my mind / Item exchange
- Faulty on arrival
- Incorrect item received
Refunds are subject to inspection and may take up to 15 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Restocking Fees: Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% if the item is not in brand-new condition or if the packaging has been broken.
Warranty Terms: Warranty is void if the product is physically damaged after delivery or if tampered with. Wierdabuild Pty Ltd is not responsible for damages caused by electricity fluctuations, faulty installations, misuse, or other factors outside our control.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will not apply under the following circumstances:
- Damage caused by electrical surges, lightning strikes, or faulty installations.
- Misuse or abuse of the product.
- Damage caused by a superior force (e.g., natural disasters, acts of war).
- Physical damage to the product after it leaves Wierdabuild Pty Ltd’s premises.
- Water or liquid damage.
The warranty becomes void if the product’s seal is tampered with or if repairs are carried out by unauthorized personnel.
These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately upon your purchase and are subject to change at Wierdabuild Pty Ltd’s discretion.
